Nivara’s policies will be consistent with the code adopted under this guideline and will seek to ensure complete transparency and fairness in all its dealings.

Nivara will publicise its processes under this code through notices in branches, through telephone, company’s website, designated staff / help desk and/or by providing booklets.

Nivara will ensure that all its employees as well as those of its agents are trained with respect to the provisions and essence of this code and are able to explain and act accordingly.

The board of directors of Nivara will periodically review the adoption of the code and its functioning with particular emphasis to grievance redressal mechanism across various levels of management.
